We’re out in the neighborhoods daily—strategizing, knocking doors, meeting homeowners, and supporting each other—with one shared goal: help homeowners and businesses recover from hail damage while earning a life-changing income.
Position 1: Project Manager
Profit Share: 25% of profit on all projects you manage, plus an additional 10% for self-generated leads (up to 35% total).
Typical Commissions:
- Roof Jobs – $2,000+ per project
- Siding Jobs – $2,000+ per project
- Window Jobs – $8,000+ per project
Primary Role:
You are the customer’s main point of contact, guiding them through the insurance restoration process from first inspection to final payment.
Responsibilities:
- Offer free inspections in storm-damaged neighborhoods.
- Help customers file insurance claims and schedule inspections.
- Coordinate with production to order roofing, siding, gutters, and windows.
- Keep customers updated on timelines and installation dates.
- Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure satisfaction, collect payments, and secure 5-star reviews.
- Generate your own leads to boost earnings.
Expected Outcome: 10+ completed projects per month, with a monthly income potential of $20K+.
Position 2: Field Supervisor
Profit Share: 15% of profit on all projects your team manages, plus an additional 10% for self-generated leads (up to 25% total).
Typical Commissions: $1,000+ per trade per project you support.
Primary Role:
You lead 2–3 Project Managers, making sure they have everything they need to succeed and holding them accountable to daily and weekly goals.
Responsibilities:
- Meet all insurance adjusters on behalf of Project Managers.
- Take all required production photos to ensure accurate material orders.
- Support Project Managers daily in the field—helping close deals, knock doors, and open new storm-damaged neighborhoods.
- Generate leads for your team to increase their production and your earnings.
- Train Project Managers in prospecting, customer service, and closing techniques.
- Report regularly to the Sales Director for strategy and coaching.
Expected Outcome: Each PM on your team hits 10+ projects per month, driving your income potential to $20K+ monthly.
