We focus on enhancing finance operations and developing strategies to support enterprise-wide decision-making, ultimately unlocking financial performance and enterprise value.

Position Summary:
As a Consultant, you will collaborate with CFOs and Finance Executives to help elevate the finance function by designing and implementing innovative strategies across key Finance domains. You will manage day-to-day relationships with client peers, gain exposure to a variety of industries, and develop a broad understanding of the full range of services offered by Deloitte.

Team Overview Responsible for the installation, development, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of package technologies. Includes defining or coordinating common processes or procedures to support package custom development, APIs, UI/UX, and process flows and handshakes.
Our Business Finance offering empowers finance teams to drive strategic value by transforming and synchronizing planning, costing, budgeting, and forecasting across various functions. Utilizing advanced, scalable data and technology platforms, we generate actionable insights and analytics, streamline decision-making, and enable data-driven profitable growth. Additionally, we manage risks and opportunities associated with diverse and complex grant programs through comprehensive end-to-end grants management solutions.
Our Finance Transformation team collaborates with key executives to advise, implement, and deliver solutions that enhance decision-making and finance operations. We focus on transforming finance functions into dynamic capabilities, leveraging best-in-class solutions across finance and analytics, planning, FP&A as-a-service, finance technology strategy, and ERP-enabled finance transformation

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,225 - $163,100. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

- Support the development of finance vision, business cases, and transformation roadmaps
- Contribute to service delivery model and capital allocation strategies
- Assist in designing effective finance organizations
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Optimize planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Support zero-based budgeting (ZBB) initiatives
- Enhance cost and profitability management
- Design management reporting and analytics solutions
- Contribute to Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) frameworks
Finance Operations
- Improve end-to-end processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report
- Strengthen finance controllership activities
- Support the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years' experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Finance Strategy
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Finance Operations
- Global Business Services
- 2 plus years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industry
- Financial modeling and/or business case development
- Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience overseeing a team of resources
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- An advanced degree
