About Us
We’re not your typical accounting firm. We are a Washington State social purpose corporation dedicated to creating measurable, positive change by supporting the mission of our partner charity and our social purpose and nonprofit clients.
Our core values — Integrity, Responsibility, Authenticity, Positivity, Belief, and Growth — are more than words; they guide every client interaction, internal decision, and long-term goal. We believe accounting is more than numbers — it’s a way to empower organizations to do their best work in the world.
We serve a diverse client base that includes nonprofits, social purpose organizations, small businesses, and affiliated entities. If you want your work to matter beyond the balance sheet, you’ll feel right at home here.
Your Opportunity
As our CFO-Focused CPA, you’ll take the lead on strategic financial leadership and client advisory while supporting tax preparation and strategy when needed. - Provide high-level CFO guidance to help organizations achieve sustainable growth.
- Assist with tax preparation, review, and strategy during peak periods or as needed.
- Partner with the Tax-focused CPA to improve systems, processes, and service offerings.
You’ll thrive here if you excel at seeing the big picture, enjoy mentoring teams, and can translate financial data into actionable strategies for mission-driven organizations.
