NOW HIRING: CORRECTIONAL OFFICERS (Valid FDLE Certification)
Location: ALCATRAZ ALLIGATOR — Ochopee, FL
Dynamic Integrated Security is seeking qualified CORRECTIONAL OFFICERS (valid FDLE Certification) to join our mission-driven team in support of a long-term security operation at a critical infrastructure site in Florida.
Minimum Requirements:
Valid FDLE Certification (Experience in Correctional Institutions preferred)
Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening
Must be eligible for employment in the United States and verified through E-Verify
Ability to work 4-week rotations with 1–2 weeks off

Compensation & Benefits:
Accommodations provided (single bunk trailer)
Meals and laundry service included
All hours capped at 84 per week, or 12 hours per day – No exceptions
No travel or expenses will be reimbursed
Uniform Requirements:
Black shirt, Khaki pants, and Black boots
Company-provided shirts and hats will be distributed after the first few days on-site
Additional Information:
Guards will receive full on-site orientation and access TBD
Contract is at-will, but is expected to last up to 12 months, with possible 12-month option periods
