- Perform cost runs for all production activities at the Wilson Factory using ToPS, including Third-Party Processing (TPP) and Company Tobacco
- Ensure all production runs are properly closed and costed in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconcile and validate cost data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Track the processing schedule and maintain awareness of remaining and upcoming customer processing volumes
- Collaborate with production and finance teams to ensure seamless cost management
- Calculate processing fees for customer services
- Generate and issue invoices to customers using SAP based on processing services rendered and send them to the customers
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in invoicing or cost data
- Create Sales Order for processing services and other services using SAP
- Create journal entries related to cost and processing activities
- Tracking and monitoring account payable and accounts receivables for tobacco processing customers, general vendor or customer for 3rd party green tobacco purchases and or sales
- Responsible for ensuring internal controls are in place and working effectively within area of responsibility
- Evaluates and determines necessary accruals for month and quarter end regarding processing tobacco runs
- Maintain accurate records of cost transactions and support internal and external audits
- Prepare cost reports and analysis as required by management
- Identify and support automation and efficiency improvements
