Responsibilities

  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
  • Commitment to work on weekends, holidays, and occasionally at night.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Willingness to extend work hours to 50 hours a week when necessary.
  • Capable of working at heights of 30 feet above ground.

Role Summary

We are searching for a dedicated professional with extensive experience in the crane industry. Your focus will be on maintenance, repair, and compliance inspections of cranes and their related systems. Core duties involve preventive upkeep, troubleshooting, and ensuring operational safety.

Primary Tasks

  • Maintenance: Regular upkeep including lubrication and cleaning.
  • Troubleshooting: Pinpointing mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Repair: Fixing or replacing malfunctioning parts and systems.
  • Inspections: Carrying out detailed inspections to affirm safety and compliance.
  • Record Keeping: Accurate documentation of all maintenance activities.
  • Safety: Adherence to strict safety guidelines.
  • Problem Solving: Addressing diverse crane-related challenges.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in crane mechanisms, including hydraulics and electrical systems.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
  • Proven problem-solving prowess in complex situations.
  • Awareness and understanding of safety guidelines.
  • Physical endurance for labor-intensive tasks.
  • Effective communication with team members.

Equipment Operated

  • Overhead Cranes: Maneuvering heavy loads precision.
  • Articulating Lifts: Facilitating crane access via scissor or boom lifts.

Background Check: A successful candidate will be subject to a background check and must receive satisfactory results of the same, as a condition of joining the team.
