Position Overview The Crew Lead for FINNMARK’s gutter division will manage a crew responsible for gutter installation and repairs on HOA communities and multi-family complexes in Oregon and Washington. This role involves collaborating with the construction division on large-scale installations, conducting safety meetings, performing equipment inspections, managing supply inventory, and addressing minor team issues. The position requires working outdoors in all weather conditions, including safely working at significant heights on rooftops. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a safety-oriented, detailed, and dedicated person to contribute to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for ensuring the safety of the crew members, the job site, and surrounding people.
- Ensure jobs are completed in an efficient manner, with a quality outcome.
- Lead, manage and train crew members in the safe and effective performance of their work.
- Record and submit thorough, timely, and accurate job data relating to daily services performed, including identifying property repairs needed for related services for bidding and future work.
- Work at heights, roped in using OSHA approved PPE and safety equipment.
- Relay pertinent information that relates to completing assigned duties to supervisor and customer in a timely manner.
- Gutter Repair – Remove existing gutters and install new gutters and downspouts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in gutter installation and repair, preferably in a leadership role.
- Ability to manage a crew, including addressing minor discipline issues.
- Proficiency with specialized tools and equipment used for gutter installation, repair, and inspections.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work from rooftops and ladders.
- Ability to travel.
