We are seeking a crew leader to join our team, responsible for executing a variety of installation tasks with precision and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple aspects of construction and installation, ensuring high-quality workmanship in every project. This role requires a strong understanding of blueprints and schematics, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals.

Job Summary
The Construction Crew Leader is responsible for overseeing a team of construction workers, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. They bring integrity to every part of the job and are concerned with both the quality of work and in providing a healthy work environment for each crew member.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
· Oversee all site construction productivity.
· Schedule and manage crew.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure schedules are up to date.
· Review daily work orders.
· Review and comment on change orders and deviations.
· Inspect all work to ensure compliance with plans.
· Assist site with day-to-day construction activities.
· Inspect and verify materials provided are adequate to complete the daily assignment.
· Maintain a clean job site while picking up all tools and equipment.
· Daily secure job site.
· Adhere to construction safety policies, regulations, and best practices.
· Provide on-the-job training and oversite of regulations related to Health & Safety, operating equipment, and proper work standards.
· Proactively understand needs/issues that may arise on project and work with other departments to offer solutions.
· Interact with both clients and crew with honesty and open communication to establish trust.
· Mentor crew and offer learning opportunities for career growth.
Expertise:
-CPSI Certified
-Operate a Skid Steer
-Drive Truck with Trailer
-Action-oriented and consistent in driving results,even under tough circumstance
-Installed 30 playgrounds or more
-Able to understand construction documents/plans
-Able to lead a crew & be willing to teach crewmembers the trade.
