- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Operate POS system and cash register accurately to process orders and payments.
- Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including assembling orders and packaging food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet service goals.
