We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service CSR/Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating service delivery and ensuring timely communication between technicians, customers, and internal teams. This position requires proficiency in systems and a strong ability to communicate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule services
- Utilize GPS and GIS tools
- Communicate with customers and technicians
- Manage processes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Collaborate with others to facilitate seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities
- Assist in planning by analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement.
- Address any issues or delays proactively, providing solutions to maintain service quality.
Requirements
- Experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with GPS technology and GIS systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with technicians and clients.
- Knowledge of processes within the home service industry.
- Proficiency in using service software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
