Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

State Farm Insurance Agency seeks a part-time in-office assistant.

We seek a candidate who resides near our Chicago 60618 north side office or is a short commute.

Requirements:

Strong work ethics
Communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be available daytime weekday hours only
Able to acquire insurance licenses if not licensed

Responsibilities:
Handle beginning of day tasks
Retention/Service
Administrative tasks
Maintain and update a database of prospects and customer interactions
Coordinate with senior team member to ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards.
