Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Type and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide high-quality customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage cash handling duties as required, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer experience.
- Assist in office duties as needed, contributing to a smooth operational flow.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong inbound calling skills with the ability to engage customers positively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on active listening.
- Proficient typing skills for accurate data entry and record maintenance.
- Ability to analyze situations critically and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
