Responsibilities of a Customer Service Associate:
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of service offerings our customer provides to deliver tailored recommendations that meet customer needs
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and attention to detail
- Identify and sell the best solutions for each customer, ensuring we meet their specific requirements while driving sales performance
- Our Customer Service Associate will participate in weekly meetings to track progress toward sales goals, review performance, implement new marketing strategies, and ensure compliance with customer standards and industry guidelines
- Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by management

Qualifications for the Customer Service Associate:
