Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are responsible of:
- Processing new orders
- Prepare orders together with the rest of the team
- Ensure the good quality of our products and service
- Ensure that all orders are packed without missing any items
- Coordinate with our drivers to ensure that all deliveries are done on time
- Manage store inventory
- Cleaning the store with the rest of the team daily at closing time
All of our CSRs or Fruit Experts are trained to be able to participate in all steps of each order to ensure that we provide the best product and service to our customers.
Summary
As a Customer Service/Food Preparation team member, you will be essential in delivering outstanding service and ensuring the efficient preparation of food items. Reporting to the shift supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in POS systems, cash handling, and food service to enhance customer experiences. Your premium skills in culinary preparation and time management will enable you to maintain high standards of food quality and safety. By leveraging your relevant skills in sanitation and kitchen experience, you will contribute to a clean and welcoming environment, playing a vital role in our fast-paced restaurant setting.
