Customer Service/Order Processor
Key Marketing Advantage is a Direct Marketing Agency that has been in business for 20 years. We are currently looking to hire a Full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to get in on the ground floor of an innovative and successful marketing company.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering orders with promptness and efficiency while providing outstanding customer service. This candidate will need to have great communication skills and attention to detail.
Job Duties:
· Input orders into KMA’s proprietary order processing and billing system
· Provide customer service support to clients
- Answer questions regarding pricing, order changes, adjustments, etc.
- Support, track, process and confirm orders
- Act as a liaison with internal and external contacts to expedite orders and meet deadlines
- Audit orders or invoices
- Provide administrative support to our teams
- Research and support to Sales staff
Job Requirements:
- Some College
- Detail oriented with high level of accuracy
- Self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be adaptable to working in a fast paced environment
- Able to adhere to strict deadlines
- Maintain timely and accurate records
- Accurate data input skills
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Programs (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook)
- Strong math and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively manage customer relationships
- Multi-tasked with the ability to prioritize
- Positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- Able to physically work in our Newtown Office
