What You'll Be Doing
- Answer inbound calls with a friendly, helpful attitude
- Schedule service calls and installations
- Help customers understand their options and next steps
- Work with our techs to keep jobs on track
- Stay cool under pressure and keep things moving
What We’re Looking For
- Positive, upbeat personality
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to multitask like a pro
- Prior customer service experience (home service a plus)
- Comfortable using scheduling software and basic office tech
