The customer service representative (CSR) will be thoroughly familiar with the company’s line of insurance products and coverage options. They will reach out to potential customers to gauge their interest and need for selecting a new insurance plan. If the potential client has an interest or need, the CSR will transfer the potential client to a licensed insurance agent.
