Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive experience.
- Utilize strong phone etiquette to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and payment processing.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
- Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
- Provide feedback on customer trends or issues to help improve overall service quality.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Proficient in using office software and computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to analyze information quickly and make informed decisions based on customer needs.
- Experience with cash handling is a plus.
- A proactive attitude towards client services with a focus on building relationships.
