Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus for multilingual support.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and customer support best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Strong verbal communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
