We're Hiring: Experienced Automotive Service Advisor

What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and translate their needs into repair orders
- Recommend appropriate services and repairs with confidence and integrity
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and organized
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years experience as a service advisor or in a related automotive role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A sales-driven mindset with a customer-first attitude
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Familiarity with repair order systems and scheduling software is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
