ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE:
- You are accountable for processing loans and financial transactions in accordance with company policies and state/federal regulations
- Promote our company brand professionally and ensure store appearance (internal and external) is well maintained
- Cross Sell products and execute marketing campaigns to build revenue
- Customer courtesy and collection calls
- Consistently provide a high level of customer service in a prompt and timely manner
- Adhere to company security policy and procedures
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Computer Skills: Computer literacy and strong typing skills
- Basic Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
- Previous banking, retail or sales experience (minimum of six months cash handling experience)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, 40hour work week plus OT
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, including written and verbal
- Bi-lingual Spanish
