RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer questions and provide policy information.
- Assist with Policy Changes: Help clients make updates and changes to their insurance policies.
- Process Insurance Claims: Handle claims processing and follow up with clients on status.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Self-Sufficient: Demonstrates the ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems without constant supervision.
- Organizational Skills: Maintains structured processes and systems to manage workload, track progress, and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
