We are a small wholesale company seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This position requires someone who can easily follow directions, possesses excellent communication skills, and is comfortable speaking with customers. Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and assisting customers with inquiries
- Making outbound calls to customers as needed
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Generating freight quotes for customers
- Sending emails and correspondence throughout the day
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in an office setting
- Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and verbal skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay focused and follow directions
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.) and the ability to work efficiently with them
- Ability to work well in a team and establish positive relationships with colleagues
- Capacity to handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently
Recommended:
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a wholesale environment
- Familiarity with the Quickbooks program or similar accounting software
- Experience in conducting customer interactions over the phone
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday (Half-Day's Friday).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
