Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, people-focused individual to join us as a Customer & Sales Representative.
Position Summary:
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential and current customers. From fielding inbound inquiries to generating new business, this hybrid customer service and sales role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, problem-solving, and working toward clear goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from prospective and current customers.
- Educate customers about our pest control services, pricing, and treatment plans.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into scheduled services.
- Perform outbound calls to generate new business and re-engage past customers.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a smooth process from initial contact through service delivery.
- Accurately input customer data, service details, and scheduling into our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with technicians and the operations team to meet customer needs and optimize schedules.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales (pest control, home services, or related industry a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—both written and verbal.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
- Comfortable using CRM software, phones, and scheduling systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional sales or service certifications a plus.
