POSITION SUMMARY:
The Inside Sales Lead is to organize, motivate and lead the Inside Sales team members and administrative support staff. The position is responsible for the combined performance of the team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hire, train and motivate team members
- Maintain/create training documents for account reps and customer service
- Fully understand LT’s policies and procedures
- Fully understand the operating system (Syspro) related to all aspects of the sales process including order entry, order changes, new customer set ups, RMA’s, etc.
- Maintain a professional business rapport with customers and team members
- Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to meet business objectives
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Successfully understand and perform the Customer Service/Account Rep role
- Fully understand the operating system (Syspro) for sales related functions such as, order entry, obtaining lead times, use of ERD’s, etc.
- Clear communication with customers and team members

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- One year experience as an Account Representative
- Accelerated Coaching for Leaders Certificate Program
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience determined to be acceptable by management.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a member of the Quality Management System, quality procedures, requirements, work instructions, and other required documentation must be followed. Team members are responsible for being aware of the company’s quality policy and quality objectives to support the improvement projects and contribute to the overall mission of the organization.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Works primarily in a climate-controlled office environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential with moderate noise. Works at a computer terminal utilizing monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Utilizes electronic mail and telephone regularly.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about the facility with occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending, frequent near vision use for reading and computer use at a workstation.
