Key Responsibilities
- Lead 2–5+ spin classes weekly, covering formats such as Classic, Connect, Foundation, Performance, Empower, and Xpress
- Curate high‑energy, 12-track playlists aligned with class intensity and rhythm
- Arrive 30 minutes early to set up equipment, greet & assist riders, and stay after class to connect & tidy studio
- Introduce and adjust bikes for new riders and monitor everyone’s safety throughout the session
- Submit 2–3 weekly social media posts and engage in local community forums to promote your classes
- Participate in periodic in-studio audits, trainings, and ride with fellow instructors
Requirements & Qualifications
- Passionate about fitness, wellness, and music-driven group exercise
- Friendly, outgoing, charismatic personality with strong verbal communication skills
- Complete CycleStar® instructor bootcamp, training manual, and audition process
- Preferably 1-3 years of fitness experience. leadership applicants should have ≥ 2 years
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: $45–$90 per class

Pay: $19.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 12 per week
