Essential Functions:
  • Collects and analyzes data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Coordinates with team members to ensure data accuracy and integrity and leads assigned data analysis projects.
  • Prepares reports and presentations based on data findings. Communicates data insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Monitors data quality and resolves any discrepancies.
  • Implements data management processes and procedures to improve efficiency.

Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Health Informatics, or related field, or equivalent experience, required.

Skills:
  • Ability to create and utilize relational data files. Proficient in database and reporting.
  • High-level working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail oriented with proven strong work ethic and initiative.

Experience:
  • Two years of health care data analysis, preferred.
  • Project management or coordination experience, preferred.
