Role – Data Analyst - MDM
Location – NJ

Business/Data Analysis Responsibilities
- Ability to drive and influence business conversations. Performing requirements analysis.
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Experience working in Agile methodologies. Review, analyze, evaluate business systems and user needs.
- Good to have oracle or sql server experience.
- Understand the data model experience is must.
Master Data Management (MDM)
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data (e.g., customer, vendor, product, location).
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to define and implement MDM standards, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and manage master data lifecycle processes including creation, update, deactivation, and deduplication.
- Work with MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, Reltio, Profisee) to manage data domains effectively.
