We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing data in various computer systems and databases. This role requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Input, verify, and maintain large volumes of data in company databases and spreadsheets
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple platforms
Review and correct data errors or inconsistencies
Prepare and sort documents for data entry
Respond to data requests and provide necessary reports
Maintain confidentiality and comply with data integrity policies
Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or administration is a plus
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data management systems
Excellent typing speed and attention to detail
Strong organizational and time-management skills
