We’re growing fast, and we’re hiring a detail-driven, experienced Data Entry Clerk to help keep our operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Accurately enter customer and appointment data into our CRM and internal systems
- Double-check for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
- Communicate clearly with sales and customer service teams to ensure alignment
- Maintain confidential records and follow compliance protocols
- Proactively identify gaps or issues and resolve them quickly
- Support daily admin operations with a team-first mindset
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of professional data entry or administrative experience
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM with high accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable, proactive, and highly accountable

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
