Job Description:
Full-time Data Entry and Customer Service position. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented candidate who will work at our NYC Wall St. location. You will be expected to scan documents, process mail, interact with multiple computer-based applications, answer phones, greet walk-in customers, and perform general housekeeping.
Job Duties:
- Exhibit top‐tier customer service to our clients
- Handle highly sensitive escalated customer service issues
- From time to time, handle walk-in customer requests
- Provide support for miscellaneous requests with a "can-do" attitude and philosophy
- Recordkeeping
- Stocking of supplies
- Facilitate shipments
- Sorting mail
- Scanning mail
- Filing mail
- Shredding
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 Customer Service
- Ability to accurately type 45 words/minute
- Expertise with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word & Outlook
- High integrity with a proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Positive Attitude
- Basic arithmetic skills
- Good communication skills
- Good typing skills
- Accountable and responsible
- Reliable and dependable
Preferred Skills:
- Desired: Prior Data Entry experience
- Desired: Prior Mailroom/Warehouse experience
