Beloform is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in our databases and systems. You’ll play a key role in supporting various departments with timely and precise data processing.
Responsibilities
Enter and update large volumes of data accurately and efficiently
Maintain and verify the integrity of databases and records
Perform routine data audits and cleanups
Identify and correct data entry errors
Organize and file electronic and physical documents
Work closely with team members to meet daily and weekly data targets
Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (1+ year)
Strong typing skills (50+ WPM with high accuracy)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
