Job Description:
As the CRAFT Database Administrator, you will manage enterprise data platforms that support high-performance tracking and outcomes. Ensure secure, accurate, and scalable systems to meet mission objectives. The DA is responsible for data governance, security, integration, classification, and accessibility across all CRAFT sites. The position works closely with administrators, managers, leads, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate secure, and user-friendly systems are in place for enterprise wide data capture, analysis, and reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer database access, security, and system configurations.
- Monitor compliance with HIPAA, PII, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Collaborate with data analysts and programmers to improve data tools.
- Develop SOPs and train new users.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in database administration.
- Understanding of disaster recovery and database backup procedures.
- Understanding of Government IT Certification and Accreditation Processes.
- Proficient understanding and working knowledge of computers, email, voicemail, and telephone texts to perform duties.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Meet DoDM 8140.03 role 421 (Intermediate level) requirements.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a Secret clearance and work in this position.
