Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. Duties
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Monitor and document patient health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Assist clients with mobility and physical activities to promote independence.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Support clients with medication management as directed by healthcare providers.
- Encourage social interaction and engagement through activities and companionship.
- Uphold resident rights by respecting privacy and dignity at all times.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as home health or assisted living is required
- Ability to provide compassionate support while maintaining professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility needs and perform caregiving tasks throughout the day.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is required
- A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact on their lives.
