Location: Chick-fil-A Gadsden

Hours: 8 AM - 8 PM (Flexible shifts available: 8 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 8 PM)

Pay: 7.5/hour + tips

With guaranteed $14 on hour wage

Position Overview:

Chick-fil-A Gadsden is looking for friendly, responsible, and service-oriented individuals to join our Delivery Team! As a delivery driver, you will be the face of Chick-fil-A outside the restaurant, ensuring prompt and professional service while upholding our Core 4 and Winning Hearts Every Time hospitality strategies.

Responsibilities:

Delivery Responsibilities:

• Deliver orders promptly and with urgency once they are prepared.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with every guest interaction.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of orders before leaving the store.
• Wash and vacuum personal vehicle at the end of each shift after the final delivery.
• Complete a weekly vehicle inspection to ensure cleanliness and functionality.

In-Restaurant Responsibilities (When Not Delivering):

• Stock supplies (sauces, lids, cups, etc.).
• Assist with curbside and dining room orders as needed.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Proof of insurance and clean driving record.
• Background check required.
• Ability to uphold Chick-fil-A’s customer service and hospitality standards.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

REQUIREMENTS

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have.
