Experience great, but willing to train the right person
As a Dental Assistant, this role plays a vital part in the overall patient care experience. You’re often the first and last person a patient interacts with in the clinical setting, helping to create a comfortable, welcoming environment. You also play a key role in educating patients on post-op care, hygiene practices, and answering general questions to support their treatment plans.
Beyond clinical duties, Dental Assistants contribute to patient care by building trust, reducing anxiety, and helping the day flow efficiently—making sure patients receive high-quality, timely care from start to finish.
