Dental Assistant/Floater Position Available
Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for patient care? We're seeking a talented Dental Assistant/Floater to join our team at our Gulfgate location!
Dental Assistant Responsibilities:
- Receive comprehensive training to excel in your role!
- Provide excellent customer care
- Clear communication with patients and dentists.
- Assist chair-side with various procedures.
- Take records, impressions, and x-rays.
- Update electronic patient records.
- Support with lab tasks as needed.
Front Desk Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome patients and manage check-in. Schedule follow-up appointments and cleanings.
- Answer calls and schedule appointments promptly.
- Send reminders to patients for upcoming and overdue appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and scan documents.
- Verify insurances and handle patient check-in/check-out..
- Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and scheduling.
- Audit schedules to ensure patients receive timely care.
Application Requirements:
- Experience in patient care is a must.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- At least 1 year of dental assisting experience is required.
Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Starting at $14./hour, with higher rates based on experience
- Flexible scheduling, Monday to Friday, and Saturdays.
- Location: In-person
