Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule
- Verify insurance and submit claims
- Manage accounts receivable and patient billing
- Use Open Dental software to maintain accurate patient records
Requirements:
- Experience with dental insurance and billing
- Proficiency with Open Dental software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
