We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Office Manager/Treatment Seller a must and will be paid accordingly as Dentist respects your talent and hard work and care to oversee the daily operations of a dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in practice management, fiscal management, and healthcare administration. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clinic runs smoothly and efficiently while providing exceptional service to our patients. You will receive 3 weeks vacation 2nd year with this team every year after paid!
Duties
- Manage the overall operations of the dental office, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
- Oversee scheduling, patient records, and appointment management to optimize office productivity.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Handle budgeting and fiscal management, including monitoring expenses and revenue for the practice.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing training and support as needed to enhance team performance.
- Coordinate human resources functions such as hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations for office personnel.
- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for daily operations.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellent patient service.

- Proven experience in practice management within a dental or healthcare setting.
- Strong fiscal management skills with a focus on budgeting and financial oversight.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
