Job Description:

The Patient Services Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients. The ideal candidate will have a high level of energy and be able to review patient accounts to ensure accuracy. They will also be able to discuss Dental treatment options with patients and answer any questions they may have. The Patient Services Representative will be the first point of contact for patients and will be responsible for creating a positive experience for them.
