We are currently seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team and help ensure a smooth, professional, and welcoming front office experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phones, manage appointments, and confirm schedules
- Verify dental insurance, process claims, and manage patient billing
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records
- Support overall office efficiency and communication with the team
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of dental office experience (required)
- Familiarity with dental terminology, insurance, and billing
- Proficiency with dental software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar)
- Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills
- Friendly, dependable, and a team player
