About the Role
As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, responding to patient inquiries, and supporting the smooth daily operations of our practice. This is a fast-paced office, so strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay organized under pressure are essential. You'll have a direct impact on each patient's experience and overall satisfaction with our care.
Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Greet patients and assist with check-in, creating a positive and professional first impression.
- Answer incoming calls on MULTIPLE phone lines, delivering prompt, courteous, and helpful service.
- Maintain accurate and organized call logs and ensure all follow-up appointments are scheduled appropriately.
- Accurately enter and maintain patient data in our system.
- Verify and update patient insurance information prior to appointments.
- Support efforts to increase patient referrals and attract new patients.
* Keep Schedules booked, by being on the phones and utilizing call logs.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental office or receptionist role is preferred..
- Friendly, positive attitude with a strong commitment to exceptional patient care.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in documentation and patient records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
