Dental office seeking motivated person to join our team on Friday (7:00am-2:00pm), Monday( 8:00-2:00),Tuesday( 8:00-2:00)and Saturdays (twice a month from 8:00am-1:00pm). We are also seeking individuals with the flexibility to cover the front at least two standard business weeks a year. Applicants must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and great communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed
- Handle patient check-in and checkout process ensuring all paperwork is complete
- Ability to multitask
- Verify patient insurance information
- Greeting in a welcoming manner
- Ability to answer phone calls.
- Ability to open and close dental office.
Qualifications
Some dental front office experience preferred but not required.
We are family-oriented dental practice located in Southport, CT. Applicants will be offered competitive compensation .
