Dental Receptionist (Bilingual English/Russian)
Location: Northeast Philadelphia, PA 19116
Position: Full-Time (Tuesday - Friday)
We are a busy dental office in Northeast Philadelphia (Zip Code: 19116) seeking a bilingual English/Russian-speaking Dental Receptionist to join our team. This is a full-time position, working Tuesday through Friday.
Office Hours:
- Tuesday & Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance and calculate copays
- Enter patient information into dental software accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a dental office is required
- Proficiency with dental software is a must
- Strong communication skills (bilingual in English and Russian)
- Punctual, reliable, and able to stay late when necessary
