Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Dentist to provide quality dental care in a structured clinical environment. The ideal candidate is committed to public health, demonstrates excellent communication skills, and is looking to make a difference in a unique and rewarding setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive dental care including exams, extractions, root canals (anterior/premolar), dentures, and cleanings
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- Coordinate with medical staff and refer for specialized dental needs as required
- Maintain and monitor dental equipment, supplies, records, and medications
- Supervise subordinate dental staff, if applicable
- Maintain documentation in accordance with regulatory and internal policy
- Participate in audits, safety evaluations, and quality assurance activities
- Attend professional trainings, meetings, and stay current with CE requirements
- Respond effectively in emergency situations and on-call responsibilities when necessary
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved dental school
- Licensed as a Dentist in the state of Kansas (or eligible for licensure)
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be willing to work full-time, on-site
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, standard hours
- Some on-call or emergency support may be required

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
