As a Product Manager in Deposits, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities
  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Lead product discovery spearheading efforts to identify new opportunities that align with customer needs and market trends
  • Conduct in-depth user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather valuable insights and validate product concepts
  • Develop and execute strategic product roadmaps informed by comprehensive user research, journey mapping, and market analysis
  • Anticipate and plan for the upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
  • Analyze metrics and leverage data analytics to assess product performance throughout the development life cycle
  • Use insights to make informed decisions, take calculated risks, and adapt strategies as needed
  • Champion agile practices and methodologies, ensuring a flexible and iterative approach to product development
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, including discovery and requirements definition
  • Craft detailed requirements, epics, and user stories that clearly articulate the product vision and guide development teams
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting user research, journey mapping, and market analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making
  • Self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility across senior stakeholders, lines of business, and functions
  • Established track record of delivering results in a complex environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – specifically, Excel & PowerPoint
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Display understanding of agile product development lifecycle
  • Exhibit thought leadership and innovative thinking
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Agile Methodologies
  • Be results-oriented with a strong attention to detail
