Diagnostic Technician - Bitcoin Mining Repair Facility
Location: Opa Locka, FL Job Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

We are a leading Bitcoin Mining Repair Facility that specializes in repairing hashboards for all major manufacturers including Bitmain and Whatsminer and our facility is located in Miami, FL. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Diagnostic Technician to add value to our growing organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in diagnosing miners utilizing a multimeter and assigning them to technicians.
- Support technicians by dissembling mining equipment prior to repair
- Support Director of Operations with testing mining equipment prior to shipment.
- Assist technicians with various jobs such as applying thermal paste to hash boards prior to reassembly as well as any other ad hoc requests.
- Distilling repair information and data into operating system to help manage operational throughput (track repairs, assign jobs, notes) and various reports.
- Reassembling miners after repairs.
- Ensure all tools, workstations, and laptops are kept in order and neat.
- Assist with deployment of machines, including unboxing, racking, and setup.
- Assist in the receiving and shipment process of miners.
- Ensure careful handling of repaired hash boards to prevent damage.
- Complete any other task or responsibility received from supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail to prevent mistakes in handling delicate components.
- Basic troubleshooting procedures and computer knowledge required.
- Good organizational skills to manage miner assignments and workflow.
- Ability to use power tools (e.g., drills, screwdrivers) with precision.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn the operating system for tracking jobs.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Previous experience in electronics, IT, or a related field is a plus.
Education Requirement:
- High School Degree or Equivalent
