We invite you to apply for this position. The ideal candidate will create and implement marketing strategies to help our clients generate leads. Previous experience in SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Google Ads is required. Agency experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Own the success of assigned accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned projects.
- Manage tasks for delivering services for assigned clients.
- Develop and setup ad campaigns on Google & Facebook.
- Keyword research for SEO updates on websites.
Daily operations to support clients and Integritive include:
- Search - monitor and manage SEO performance, identify content changes for website and copywriting team.
- Paid Search - monitor and manage campaign performance, budgets, lead acquisition, and audience targeting.
- Assess performance data to develop a deep understanding of each account, the success of the campaign strategy and opportunities for improvement.
- Complete scheduled tasks in a timely manner and adapt to changing priorities.
Skills Needed:
- High level of experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Ad Manager.
- Up to Date with Current SEO Trends and Implementation.
- Experience with WordPress and Websites in General.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc.) to communication with clients, organize information, and create presentations.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey our services and capabilities
- Comfort with educating clients on digital marketing tactics and technologies.
- Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and troubleshoot campaign (and overall) performance issues through data analysis.
- Great organization and attention to detail to oversee and respond to a variety of internal and client requests.
Preferences
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Past experience in a digital marketing agency.
- Knowledge of marketing concepts and platforms.

- This is a full-time, in-office position. After an initial period, some remote work time may be offered for a well-qualified applicant.
