Job Summary:
Digital Product Strategist II is responsible to design, publish, manage/ maintain content and layout for marketing website and all digital properties.
Essential Functions:
- Develops Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and web reports
- Coordinate and implement content updates for digital
- Serve as the department administrator for internal portal sites
- Design, create and write web layouts, user experience (UX) and user interface (UI)
- Lead and guide distributed authors in development of digital content
- Organize information for easy navigation
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging is applied and adhered to
- Provide graphic design support for digital properties
- Gather data and analyze user trends to identify and develop effective marketing strategies, web analytics and metrics
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend updates to achieve effective UX
- Collaborate with internal resources to define project requirements and determine resources needed to produce technically current and graphically appealing projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders by utilizing consultative methods
- Develop and write content to elevate search engine optimization
- Ensure on-time production of web postings
- Perform any other job duties as requested
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, journalism, communications, or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in marketing and communications is required
- Healthcare marketing experience is preferred
- Three (3) years of professional web writing experience is preferred
Competencies, Knowledge and Skills:
- Software functionality and graphic design skills
- Strong proficiency in SEO, web marketing software
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, reporting software
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience or exposure to other e-Marketing Channels / initiatives (SEM, online advertising, web analytics, etc.)
- Knowledge of online marketing and web site optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Works well under the pressure of tight deadlines and changing demands
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
- Effective listening and critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and high level of professionalism
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Compensation Range:
$53,400.00 - $85,600.00

In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
