Job Summary:

Provides restaurant style dining service to residents for meals. Pours and refills coffee and drinks for residents. Takes resident orders. Delivers food orders to residents. Clears tables. Resets tables, if needed for additional diners. Delivers orders to residents. Assists residents to and from tables. Takes meals to residents who are ill in their apartment. Cleans up beverage bar area after meals.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide restaurant style meal service to residents.
· Pour and refill drinks for residents.
· Assist residents to and from tables.
· Take resident meal order.
· Deliver order to correct resident.
· Clear tables after meals.
· Reset tables as needed.
· Keep work area clean and sanitized.
· Clean beverage bar area.
· Deliver meals to residents who are ill in their apartment.
· Wash dishes according to health department standards.
· Put away dishes in proper location.
· Wash, dry and put away kitchen laundry.
· Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Basic knowledge of health department standards
Basic knowledge of proper dining room etiquette
Ability to assist residents
Ability to memorize residents names
Ability to work in organized manner
Basic knowledge of dishwashing procedures
Ability to operate dishwasher
Ability to lift up to fifty pounds
Credentials and Experience: CPR Training
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
